GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Kelly Ann Ferguson, 60, was arrested early this morning after allegedly threatening to shoot a woman who had been staying in her home.
At about 1:30 a.m. on January 24, Gainesville Police Department officers responded to a home in the Northwood West neighborhood, where the victim said she had been living with Ferguson and her husband for about two months, but Ferguson had been drinking that evening and had been acting “weird” toward her recently. The victim said that she and Ferguson argued because Ferguson believed the victim was having an affair with her husband; she said Ferguson told her she needed to move out immediately and that she was going to get her gun and shoot her.
