Developers announce plans for 2,700-home farmstead community southwest of Gainesville

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) — Real estate developers in Alachua County are sharing their vision for a new “farmstead community” southwest of Gainesville.

Officials with the Roberts Companies announced plans for Everlee Farms to be located on a 4,000-acre property between Southwest Archer Road and Parker Road.
