A Fort McCoy woman has filed a lawsuit against a local convenience store and gas station, claiming she suffered serious injuries after tripping in a pothole while pumping gas.
Kathryn D. Bench filed the complaint on Jan. 19 in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County against Eureka Qwik King Food Store LLC and McCoy Qwik King Food Store LLC. She is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 and a jury trial.
