Man arrested for threatening washing machine repairmen with gun, Alachua County deputies say

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man accused of pointing a gun at two repairmen and holding them at his home against their will in Alachua County.

According to the arrest report for Edward Spiegel, 79, Alachua County Sheriff’s deputies were called out to a home on Northeast 211th Drive in Earlton on Wednesday evening.
