An Ocala resident has filed a negligence lawsuit against Publix Super Markets, Inc., alleging that he sustained severe injuries after slipping on a substance at a local grocery store late last year.
Daniel Kellerstedt filed the complaint on Jan. 30, 2026, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court for Marion County. The lawsuit stems from an incident that reportedly occurred on Nov. 25, 2025, at the Publix located at 2657 NE 35th Street in Ocala.
