Long-time owner of Gainesville radio station KISS 105.3, 98.9 JAMZ dies: ‘Pillar of our local community’

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – The long-time owner of a Gainesville radio broadcasting company has died.

Douglas Gillen was the owner of Gillen Broadcasting, the operator of KISS 105.3 and 98.9 JAMZ, for nearly 40 years.
