GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Christopher Xavier Tyson, 50, was arrested early this morning for allegedly racking his gun as a neighbor walked by, causing the neighbor to fear for his safety.
The victim told a responding Alachua County Sheriff’s Deputy that he was walking his dog near his home in Holly Heights when he saw Tyson; he said Tyson was speaking incoherently, and he raised his gun and racked the slide while looking at the victim. The victim said this made him afraid for his safety and others’ safety. He said Tyson put the gun back down at his side and walked inside his residence…
