A 20-year-old Ocala man was arrested on an aggravated battery charge for allegedly attacking and bloodying an elderly man inside a local residence during an argument over a loud television.
On Monday, February 16, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to the incident location in reference to a 911 call, according to the arrest report.
During that call, the operator reportedly heard a man, later identified as Preston Lucius Wynn, saying the following:
- “Call the ambulance for this (expletive).”
- “I got his blood on my hands.”
- “I’m crazy.”
- “Look at you, you look like a dead body.”
- “I’m going to kill this (expletive).”
- “I should stomp him out and kill this (expletive).”
When the deputy arrived on-scene, Wynn was located inside the home. Wynn was “screaming into his cellphone,” and blood was allegedly observed on his forearms and knuckles…
