GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Rene Santiago, 65, of Ocoee, was arrested last night for allegedly looking into the windows of multiple occupied apartments after dark.
At about 9:38 p.m. on February 21, a Gainesville Police Department officer responded to Victoria Station (3500 block of SW 30th Way), where a witness reported that a man was messing with a window at her unit, and as soon as she looked through the window, the man walked away…
