A portion of the Bald Eagle Trek and Hawk Walk trails at Horseshoe Lake Park & Retreat, which is part of the Marion County parks system.

The park is open 8 a.m.-8 p.m. April through October and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. November through March, according to the park website. The daily entry fee is $7 per vehicle. Pets and animals are not permitted. Pavilion and cabin rentals are available. Call 352-671-8560 for reservations.
