STARKE, Fla.(WCJB) — A proposed detention center that could house up to 3,000 people drew dozens of protesters who gathered at two locations in Starke.
Demonstrators held handmade signs as passing drivers honked in support. Organizers said the goal was to peacefully make their voices heard.
