Marion County officials will consider approving $175,000 to settle a lawsuit from a local resident whose vehicle was rear-ended by a county-owned dump on Baseline Road in 2023.
The Marion County Board of County Commissioners will vote Tuesday, April 7, on the proposed $175,000 settlement for Anthony Gonzalez.
