Levy County teacher on leave after arrest in student relationship investigation

WILLISTON, Fla. (WCJB) – A Williston Middle High School teacher accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student is now on administrative leave following his arrest, according to the Levy County School District.

Nicholas Allen Sapp, 38, was arrested Thursday by the Levy County Sheriff’s Office and faces felony charges, including offenses against students by authority figures and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.
