GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Javion Amari Moore, 18, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly pointing a gun at a man inside an apartment.
At about 4:47 p.m. on April 26, Alachua County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Legacy at Fort Clarke (1505 Fort Clarke Boulevard), where the victim said he and Moore had gotten into a physical fight inside an apartment and Moore went into his bedroom and came back holding a handgun. The victim said Moore pointed the gun at him and said, “You think I won’t do it,” causing the victim to fear for his safety. The victim said Moore put the gun in his waistband and left the apartment…
