GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Two juveniles were arrested late Saturday night following an unauthorized block party in Majestic Oaks; one was charged with unlawfully carrying a loaded rifle in a backpack, and the other was arrested on two warrants for violating probation.
During the late evening hours of Saturday, May 9, 2026, Alachua County Sheriff’s Deputies, including members from our FOCUS Unit, were conducting proactive patrol in the 5800 block of SW 20th Avenue after receiving reports of an unauthorized block party within an apartment complex.
