FLORIDA, USA — The St. Johns River Water Management District has issued a Phase III Extreme Water Shortage declaration as exceptional drought conditions continue to impact northeast and central Florida.
Counties affected include Duval, Nassau, Baker, Clay, St. Johns, Putnam, Flagler, and Marion.
