A 47-year-old Ocala man was arrested on a felony littering charge after he allegedly dumped over 700 pounds of garbage in a local cul-de-sac.
On Tuesday, May 12, Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Clarence Leroy Lewis III at his residence located on SW 165th Loop in Ocala. The arrest follows an investigation that began on Thursday, April 16, when a code enforcement officer reportedly located an unauthorized dump site at the end of SW 35th Terrace.
