Lane restrictions are scheduled to begin Monday, Aug. 17, on Gilbert Road in Gilbert’s Heritage District.
Under the traffic plan, Gilbert Road will be reduced to one lane in each direction near the Heritage Park development. Northbound and southbound left-lane closures are expected to remain in place through Sept. 25.
The restrictions are needed to allow crews to install roadway medians between Juniper Avenue and the Western Powerline Trail. The median improvements are included in the Heritage Park site plan…
