MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — Just days after being charged with negligent homicide, an agent with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office has entered a plea in connection to the death of Mesa mother.
Judge Therese Ann Gantz entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Dulance Morin, who appeared virtually at Thursday’s court appearance. Morin is accused of shooting and killing Maria Lewis outside his Mesa home earlier this year…
