Flagstaff Unified on 2-hour delay Friday, rain moving into the Valley Live weather updates

PHOENIX – A winter weather advisory has been issued for Thursday for portions of Northern Arizona and temperatures are expected to cool off again in Phoenix. The culprit? A Pacific storm system, according to the National Weather Service. The storm system, rich with “Pacific moisture,” will bring rain, snow, gusty winds and cooler temperatures to State 48.
