SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) – Rural Metro Fire in San Tan Valley released a dramatic video of a vehicle on fire from Friday night. The department said on its Facebook page that after the car rolled over, the driver was pulled out before crews arrived on the scene. Rural Metro didn’t say if the vehicle was on fire while the driver was being rescued.
