Drivers in the East Valley, your commute is about to get a bit more complicated this weekend. The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is closing Lindsay Road at Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) from October 4-7 due to significant bridge work. According to the Town of Gilbert’s announcement, the closure will start at 10 p.m. on Friday and last until 5 a.m. Monday. While the on- and off-ramps at Lindsay Road will stay open, anyone traveling through should expect detours and delays.
