A developer is working on a site plan to bring large retail space to the Morrison Ranch area in Gilbert, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.
The Gilbert Planning Commission recently discussed the site plan request from Evergreen Development Company to make way for 80,864 square feet of retail, called Parkview at Morrison Ranch, in 11 buildings and 12 lots on the northeast corner of Higley and Warner roads.
The 5.86 acres of commercial land, owned by Howard Morrison of the J & M Land and Investment Company, is zoned Genera Commerical.
It will have 492 parking spaces and landscape coverage: of 217,179 square feet.
The lot plan calls for:;
- Lot 1: 645 square feet of quick service beverage retail on 0.78 acres.
- Lot 2: 10,184 square feet of day care center on 1.39 acres;
- Lot 3: 3,100 square feet of quick service eating retail on 1.05 acres;
- Lot 4: 7,370 square feet of retail on 1.23 acres;
- Lot 5: 1,405 square feet of vehicle services retail on 0.93 acres;
- Lot 6: 2,325 square feet of quick service eating retail on 0.85 acres;
- Lot 7: 8,320 square feet of retail on 0.80 acres;
- Lot 8: 41,150 square feet of fitness center on 4.47 acres;
- Lot 9: 2,800 square feet of quick service eating retail on 1.35 acres;
- Lot 10: 665 square feet of quick service beverage retail on 0.77 acres;
- Lot 11: 2,900 SF of quick service eating retail on 1.52 acres;
- Lot 12: 0.66 acres.
