PHOENIX – A teen was arrested after a shooting at a west Phoenix apartment complex that left a man dead. According to officials with the Phoenix Police Department, 32-year-old Marquise Maston was shot at an apartment complex near Camelback Road and 39th Avenue and later died at a hospital.
