GILBERT, Ariz. — A Chandler man is being remembered as a kind, selfless and devoted family man. 51-year-old Manuel Vega Lopez was shot and killed in an alleged case of mistaken identity. For the past five days, Manuelita Vega Salazar has been asking why.
