PHOENIX – Authorities issued a Silver Alert early Friday for a missing 77-year-old Maricopa man whose car was last seen in downtown Gilbert.
Richard Bird’s cellphone was tracked to Casa Grande before its ran out of battery or was turned off, the Maricopa Police Department said.
