Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers plans to open a new location in San Tan Valley at Skyline Ranch Marketplace.
The local chain has plans to redevelop the recently closed Denny’s on the northeast corner of Hunt Highway and Gary Road.
“For years, we have been on the lookout for just the right location in San Tan Valley because we hear from our fans who often ask about coming to the area.
