Chandler spending $350,000 to fix pigeon problem in downtown area

CHANDLER, Ariz. — The Chandler City Council has approved a $350,000 contract to reduce the presence of pigeons in the city’s downtown region.

On Thursday, the city’s leaders approved a one-year contract for The Pigeon Guy to provide cleaning and abatement services to discourage birds from nesting and perching in certain spots around Chandler.
