New Gilbert bakery treats gluten-free dessert lovers to unique sweets

GILBERT, Ariz. — A new East Valley bakery is having so much success, they’ve sold out some of their most popular treats within hours since opening in early August. The shop’s traditional and unique desserts are also giving many Arizonans a chance to indulge in ways they haven’t been able to in years.

Gilbert couple David Puggie and Dana Scott were on vacation in Spain when they stumbled across a gluten-free bakery. They fell in love with it, and they figured out a way to bring the desserts more than 5,000 miles away to Arizona.
