Payson police arrested Donald Nash, 22, in connection with a death investigation that shut down a stretch of the Beeline Highway/State Route 87 in Payson on Aug. 30.
Just before 10 a.m., police received calls about a woman who had been shot in a vehicle that had pulled into a parking lot near the Payson Denny’s restaurant, police said.
