Aftermath Bar & Kitchen, a modern American concept from Arizona restaurateur Charles Bar ber Jr., has announced plans to open a new location in Gilbert’s Heritage District in January at 366 N. Gilbert Road.
The new restaurant will offer scratch-made dishes, cocktails and a high-energy atmosphere. It will serve a weekend brunch and light-night cocktails in a lounge-type setting. “We’ve always wanted to be in Gilbert, and after 10 years the timing is finally right,” Barber said in a release. “This spot will bring the same heart and quality people know us for, but with a unique vibe that reflects Downtown Gilbert.”
