PHOENIX — A man is dead after a west Phoenix shooting over the weekend, authorities announced Tuesday.
Edward Sanchez, 43, was arrested in connection to the shooting, which took place around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
The victim, 28-year-old Gabriel Soto Hernandez, was pronounced dead at the scene near 52nd Drive and Hubbell Street, which is near 51st Avenue and McDowell Road, police said…
