QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. — A 13-year-old is missing from Queen Creek, the city’s police department said.
The Queen Creek Police Department requested a Missing Endangered Person Advisory from the Arizona Department of Public Safety for Samuel Ruiz, 13. Samuel was last seen near Sossaman and Rittenhouse roads on Nov. 2 around 4 p.m.
Police said Samuel left the area on foot and was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt with maroon shorts and black shoes. He is approximately 5-feet-4-inches tall and weighs 205 pounds. Samuel has brown eyes and black hair, and he also has scars on the backs of both his hands and on his legs…
