An East Valley barbecue joint has a new answer to the old question about where’s the beef.
Caldwell County BBQ, the Central Texas–style smokehouse with locations in Gilbert and Queen Creek, has launched a sister brand called Caldwell Cosmetics — a small-batch skin care line made from the same prime-grade beef tallow that once headed for the trash.
