PHOENIX – The Phoenix Fire Department is mourning the death of a longtime firefighter, Capt. Luke Moran.
“Capt. Moran served our community with dedication, professionalism, and heart for more than 20 years. We extend our thoughts and support to his family, friends and fellow firefighters during this difficult time,” the department said on its social media accounts Thursday.
