PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The City of Mesa has released the results of an independent investigation into its park rangers following allegations of misconduct earlier this year, leading to a leadership shakeup.
As a result of the investigation and the report’s findings, Department Director Andrea Moore and Deputy Director Aimee Manis have resigned, the city said Monday.
