Suspect tied to thefts at 15 Home Depot stores across the Valley arrested

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Scottsdale police have made an arrest following a series of thefts reported at Home Depot stores across the Valley.

Jordan Morrell, 31, was arrested on Dec. 26 for allegedly stealing power tools from 15 different Home Depot stores throughout Maricopa County and selling the stolen items online, according to police.

Scottsdale police’s investigation into the case began on Dec. 7 and police worked with Home Depot’s loss prevention office to connect Morrell to more than a dozen thefts in various Valley cities…
