Mark Janbou said that was something he wanted to change when he took over Philly’s Famous Steaks & Hoagies restaurant at 1250 N. Alma School Road in West Chandler.
“The old owner, he got it very simple even, he didn’t have no fries, not even Cheese Whiz,” Janbou said. “Some people, they ask for mayo, or they ask for some other side, and he doesn’t do that…
