Hadrian opens $200 million facility in Mesa, brings 350 jobs

On Jan. 29, Hadrian, an advanced manufacturing company building AI-powered factories, celebrated the opening of its a large-scale manufacturing and software hub in Mesa. Hadrian has invested $200 million in the 290,000-square-foot facility — named Factory 3 (F3) — which will bring over 350 new jobs to the community in early 2026.

“Hadrian’s investment in Mesa is a win for Arizona and America,” said Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs. “By creating hundreds of family-sustaining jobs and transforming the way we get things done, this cutting-edge facility further positions Arizona at the forefront of America’s high-tech manufacturing resurgence.”

Factory 3 features state-of-the-art manufacturing systems, autonomous production workflows, and deep integration of AI and robotics to accelerate throughput and enhance quality.
