SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — The WM Phoenix Open is about to bring large crowds of spectators to Scottsdale and the city’s preparing to close some local streets to help reduce congestion.
The golfing event will take place Feb. 2-8 and city officials are taking measures to streamline entry into the tournament.
Starting on Jan. 31, the following street closures in Scottsdale will go into effect:
- Greenway Hayden Loop from Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard to Pima Road (Closure lasts until Feb. 9)
- Bell Road from Greenway Hayden Loop to 82nd Street (Closure lasts until Feb. 9)
