The Apache Junction Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Layla Winter who is missing and was last seen at approximately 6 a.m. Feb. 19 at her residence.
Family members said she may be wearing black jeans, black Vans shoes, and a brown and green camouflage hooded sweatshirt.
