PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man has been indicted after he allegedly hit and killed a former Arizona State University triathlete while high on fentanyl earlier this month.
The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office announced that Eric Hodge was indicted on charges of reckless manslaughter, leaving the scene of a deadly accident, possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
