PHOENIX — A man died after being crushed by the car he was working on, according to officials with the Phoenix Police Department.
Officers responded to the scene around 5:45 p.m., near Baseline Road and 40th Street, and found the man with injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials said the incident appears to be accidental.
Detectives responded to take over the death investigation.
