Downtown Tempe will once again transform into an open-air arts district when the Tempe Festival of the Arts returns to Mill Avenue March 13–15.
Now in its 49th year, the free three-day festival will feature more than 350 juried artists, live entertainment, hands-on art activities and a wide range of food and drink offerings spread throughout the Mill Avenue district.
