The body of a missing 28-year-old mom was found in a canal nine days after she was last seen at her home in Arizona.
On the morning of Saturday, March 28, a person was walking along a canal near East Indian Bend Road and Hayden Road in Scottsdale when they spotted a woman’s body floating in the water, the Scottsdale Police Department said in a statement shared with PEOPLE. The bystander called 911, and officials and first responders recovered the woman’s body.
