Southeast Mesa is continuing to grow, with city leaders giving the green light to several new housing projects. In a recent meeting, the Planning and Zoning Board unanimously approved three developments that will add nearly 600 homes and apartments to the area.
New Apartment Community Near Eastmark
One of the projects, Liv at Eastmark, will bring 208 apartment units to the corner of Ellsworth and Ray roads. The development will feature 12 three-story buildings, along with a clubhouse, maintenance building, and plenty of parking.
City planners say the project fits well with the vision for the area—a walkable, mixed-use community where people can live close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
It’s also right next to EastMarket, a growing shopping center anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market that’s expected to become a go-to spot for residents in the Eastmark area.
