PHOENIX (AZFamily) — It’s been a relatively cool afternoon with plenty of cloud cover, and highs are expected to reach the low to mid-80s.
Winds won’t be as strong as Sunday, but breezes from the southwest could still bring gusts of 15 to 20 mph. Due to the Hazen Fire south of Buckeye, areas of smoke will be present, especially across the West Valley.
There is a slight chance of scattered light rain across the Valley this evening into early Tuesday morning, though impacts should remain minimal. Little to no accumulation is expected in the Phoenix metro area, while higher terrain east of Phoenix could see 0.10 to 0.25 inches of rain along with a few thunderstorms…
