SURPRISE, AZ (AZFamily) — A man was arrested early Thursday after Surprise Police say he set fire to his ex-girlfriend’s car and a home.
Just before 3 a.m., first responders were called to a report of a structure fire near Grand Avenue and Dysart Road. Police say the caller told dispatchers that her ex-boyfriend was on the property and setting the home and vehicles on fire.
Surprise Police arrived on the scene and arrested the woman’s ex-boyfriend. Everyone inside the home was safely evacuated…
