GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A couple is facing a child abuse charge after Glendale police said they walked with their children in extreme heat after the Arizona Cardinals’ open practice last weekend.
According to court documents, a woman reported seeing Ryan and May Mullin seemingly intoxicated and stumbling across the road with two young children for several hours.
Glendale police were called to the area of 91st Avenue and Montebello Avenue around 6 p.m. Sunday after the woman reported that Ryan crossed the road without the kids and fell over one of the kids while stumbling, and May was possibly vomiting and appeared drunk.
The woman told police that she decided to step in, driving her vehicle toward the Mullins and their kids to offer them a ride. She said Ryan then became angry and punched her vehicle, which led to him falling and injuring his face…
