OPINION — I am writing to express my concern regarding the city of Peoria’s continued failure to provide public records concerning the proposed Amkor Technologies project.
It has now been approximately three months since the records were requested, yet the city of Peoria has still not provided the site plans requested under Arizona’s public records law. The city has offered no explanation for this prolonged delay.
Even more concerning, the only site plan the city has provided was 100% redacted, making the document completely useless to the public…
